The men elected to be Elders at Grace Church work directly with the Sr. Pastor to ensure Grace Church is achieving the goals of the mission of the church.  They also ensure that finances are maintained in an audit-worthy manner and that the budget is focused on the mission as expressed in the strategic plan. Elders protect and promote the vision of Grace Church, represent the interests of the congregation to the Sr. Pastor, and serve as board members of the organization. Elders conduct membership interviews, exit interviews, and participate in the pastoral care of our members.
